Important change in ENA policy regarding ABS
Starting October 14th, ENA will require data submitters to confirm that their data complies with the Nagoya Protocol for Access and Benefit Sharing. As a broker, we have to delegate this confirmation to our users. In the future, you will have to explicitly confirm this compliance for new submissions to ENA.
